Embedded Firmware - Software Development Engineer Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) Electrical Engineering (Preferred), Computer Science

5+ years developing firmware/software for Windows, mobile, and embedded systems

Electronic hardware development (like: torque, gyro, strain gauge, or similar measurement applications)

Experience with FreeRTOS developing and testing in RTOS environments

Experience writing low-level drivers (SPI, I2C, UART)

Proficient with development tools: IAR Workbench, STM32CubeProgrammer, STM32CubeMX

SVN and GitLab for version control

Programming experience in C, C++, C#, Java, .NET

Knowledge of Bluetooth, BLE, Wi-Fi, ZigBee protocols

Experience with Linux application programming and Microsoft development tools

Strong bench skills (hand soldering, schematic-level troubleshooting)

Skilled with debugging tools (J-Link, I-Jet, ST-Link)

Comfortable using SVN/Subversion for software version control
