Job Description Summary Shop Technician (Pump and Power)**

Sunbelt Rentals – the fastest growing rental business in North America – is seeking a Pump and Power Technician 2. The Pump & Power Technician 2 performs basic diagnostics and equipment repairs in the safest and most effective way possible, with an emphasis on returning equipment to service to avoid downtime.
Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years of experience repairing and maintaining Pump & Power equipment
EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required
Basic understanding of refrigeration (EPA Certified), electrical engines and controllers, dehumidification equipment (CDI and Munters), compressed air treatment (dryers/filters/aftercooler)
Knowledge of generators, power distribution, A/C, heater, shoring; understanding of diesel equipment, generators, and air compressors
Ability to read electric schematics and hydraulic flow
Experience with similar equipment
Physical Demands This role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job. This description is not a complete listing of all duties. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Pay Range Base Pay Range: $23.58 – $33.89 per hour.
