Responsibilities
Design, modification, and upgrade of new and existing power plant electrical systems.
Develop relay and metering diagrams, AC and DC schematic diagrams, and point‑to‑point wiring diagrams.
Produce electrical wiring drawings, review and incorporate vendor drawings.
Accompany field walkdowns and data gathering at client facilities.
Badged for unescorted access to a nuclear station.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in drafting or high school diploma with equivalent technical design experience.
10+ years detailed wiring design experience for single‑line, relay, and metering diagrams, medium‑voltage and 480V systems.
Familiarity with digital control systems.
Extensive AutoCAD and/or Microstation design experience on power plants or large facility projects.
Ability to interface and communicate with engineering and design teams of other disciplines.
Compensation $74,750.00 – $115,120.00
