Job Overview
As a Project Manager, you will take the lead in planning, executing, and delivering various construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the complete project life cycle, from initial client engagement to project completion. Your role will involve coordinating resources, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mechanical construction project management Ideal candidate will have Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field Experience working in commercial and industrial atmospheres Willingness to travel 30% to 60% of the time Proven track record of successfully delivering complex electrical projects on time and within budget Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing project teams Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, standards, and regulations Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in project management software and tools Professional certifications such as PMP or CEM are highly desired
