Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment – the beating heart of our work. We collaborate with development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, and geoscience to develop innovative drilling tools.
Job Description As an Electrical & Mechanical Technician you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of electro‑mechanical assemblies. While assisting in repairing and modifying non‑conforming equipment, you will perform all tests with minimal instruction. You will provide technical support across the business while complying with HS&E policies.
Responsibilities
Oversee pre‑job checks and basic onsite maintenance to ensure safety and reliability of equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, assembly prints and parts lists, and follow procedures and maintenance practices.
Use measurement and gauging equipment and processes to assemble electro‑mechanical devices.
Follow internal HSE policies to ensure safety and compliance.
Maintain tool servicing and maintenance records and communications to ensure compliance and regulations are followed.
Qualifications
Technical diploma in Maintenance, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Technician or Engineering.
3+ years of preventive maintenance experience.
Work Hours Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm – flexible working patterns.
