Overview

The Implementation Project Manager leads cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring seamless deployment of strategic programs and operational transitions. This role is critical to driving measurable outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery across supply chain, clinical, and administrative projects. Job Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Own end-to-end implementation of assigned initiatives, including scope definition, timeline management, resource coordination, and risk mitigation. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate collaboration across departments—supply chain, operational, and clinical initiatives—to ensure alignment and adoption. Performance Tracking: Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and report outcomes to senior leadership. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and standardization during implementation phases. Documentation & Governance: Maintain project charters, status reports, and change logs; ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage external relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and support. Skills / Competencies

Project Execution & Technical Skills Familiarity with clinical value analysis or strategic sourcing Ability to navigate change management and workforce transitions with empathy and clarity End-to-End Project Management: Planning, execution, and post-implementation review Process Mapping & Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows Technology Fluency: Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain platforms Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient in creating dashboards, tracking KPIs, and translating metrics into action Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with clinical teams, supply chain, IT, and executive leadership Change Management: Guiding teams through operational transitions with empathy and clarity Vendor & Partner Coordination: Experience managing external relationships and service-level expectations Executive-Level Communication: Able to draft board-ready updates and lead strategic discussions Conflict Resolution: Navigates competing priorities and resolves issues diplomatically Training & Onboarding: Capable of developing rollout materials and leading stakeholder education Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Anticipates challenges and develops contingency plans Governance Alignment: Ensures projects adhere to organizational policies and regulatory standards Continuous Improvement Mindset: Seeks feedback, benchmarks performance, and drives innovation Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or related field Required Experience

5+ years of project management experience, ideally in healthcare supply chain or operations implementation Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana) Certifications
