About the Role As an Event Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face representing nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraisers, and outreach programs. This entry-level role combines customer service with event support and nonprofit advocacy—no cold calls or scripts, just authentic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage event attendees with enthusiasm and professionalism

Provide clear information about nonprofit missions and fundraising goals

Assist with event setup, coordination, and outreach activities

Build positive relationships to increase donor and community support

Represent nonprofits at live events, street teams, and public awareness campaigns

Ideal Candidate

18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
