We are seeking a
Continuous Improvement Manager
for our Jefferson City, MO Factory. In this role, you will lead transformational change across the factory value chain, driving process improvements, advancing Lean maturity, and delivering measurable results in key performance indicators (KPIs). You’ll partner closely with the Factory Manager and leadership team to embed the ITM System—a global Lean management framework—into daily operations, ensuring continuous improvement becomes part of our DNA. How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the implementation and maturity development of the ITM System across the factory.
Facilitate strategy deployment, breakthrough objectives, and Kaizen plans.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and waste elimination using Lean tools like 5S and Value Stream Mapping.
Drive KPI optimization and productivity improvements across all functions.
Develop cost-out and productivity projects to achieve business targets.
Build organizational capability through training, coaching, and engagement.
Partner with leadership teams to influence transformational changes.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
10+ years of experience in Lean operating systems and continuous improvement, including manufacturing and transactional processes.
Proven success implementing major Lean systems (Toyota, Danaher, Honeywell, etc.).
Lean/Six Sigma certifications (Lean Master, Lean Expert, Black Belt) preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver breakthrough results and influence change.
