The

All-Source Analysis (General Support)

shall provide general military intelligence analysis and organizational expertise dealing with threats to the US Army/DoD interests worldwide. Conducts analysis using intelligence from HUMINT, IMINT, OSINT, MASINT, GEOINT, etc., to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. Conduct all-source research and threat analysis of CI, CT, force protection, and information operations of foreign military forces and their operations, capabilities, activities and trends to support all-source intelligence and threat production. Provide support to CI investigations through liaison with Counterintelligence Agents and other DoD and intelligence community members. Provide record checks, data research, and social networking analysis through intelligence and law enforcement databases and search engines. Provide in-depth biographical intelligence research to aid investigations, support subject interviews, and case development. Conduct research and digital mapping using OSINT and classified searches. Analyze intelligence information to assess developments, trends, and threats using intelligence analysis tradecraft, forecasting, and other methodologies. Analyze terrorist and FIE threats to US Army Forces, programs, and operations. Provide recommendations on techniques and innovative methods in threat analysis and protection. Research and analyze military, political, economic, technical and other developments to conduct valid threat assessments. Identify intelligence gaps and assist in the development of intelligence collection programs. Advise team leaders and chain of command on intelligence findings. Plan, coordinate, and synthesize research to prepare all-source intelligence products and responses. Ensure products fulfill DA, DoD, and national-level intelligence requirements. Brief intelligence assessments and positions to senior ACIC personnel. Develop SOPs for assigned tasks and maintain/update as needed. Assess information from IC-wide reporting to de-conflict information and determine reporting value against requirements. Produce technical analysis white papers and presentations to identify intelligence gaps and leads for investigations. Answer production requirements and RFIs; evaluate raw reporting and prepare briefings related to assigned areas. Produce analysis white papers and presentations from historical investigations. Conduct investigative trend analysis to help Government leadership focus resources. Produce analytical information reports from IC database searches in support of national security investigations and insider threat reports. Required qualifications/skills

Minimum education and years of experience requirements: High School Diploma: 30 years of relevant experience with recent activity within the last 2 years. Associates Degree: 24 years of relevant experience with recent activity within the last 2 years. Bachelors Degree: 22 years of relevant experience with recent activity within the last 2 years. Masters Degree or higher: 20 years of relevant experience with recent activity within the last 2 years. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and experience as a civilian or military all-source intelligence analyst. Completed a foundational intelligence analyst course such as a DoD Intelligence Analyst Course, All Source Intelligence Analyst MOS, DHS Basic Intelligence and Threat Analysis Course, ODNI Analysis 101, or a Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) professional certification. Must have at least eight (8) years of experience in one or more areas: Regional experience in China, Iran, North Korea, Russia; OR functional experience in Threat Finance, Cyber Intelligence Analysis. Experience as an all-source intelligence analyst in planning, collection, and implementation of all intelligence disciplines across the full spectrum of operations to support national defense.
