As a key member of the Paul Davis Restoration of Southeast St. Louis team, the Manager of Customer Care Coordination plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client experiences and operational excellence. In this dynamic position, you will lead a team of coordinators to deliver seamless communication and timely, high-quality full service restoration projects while maintaining compliance with industry standards and service agreements. Your responsibilities include:
Supervising coordinators to ensure effective communication and project completion. Overseeing reconstruction coordination for timely, high-quality project delivery. Managing accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely collections. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and service level agreements, documenting tasks in internal systems. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, insurance carriers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents, and team members. Coordinating with project managers and property owners to ensure successful job completion. Handling customer and team inquiries, fostering rapport, and resolving issues. Developing and improving office systems for efficiency. Promoting a growth-oriented, collaborative team environment. Learning new skills related to construction and home building. Contributing to community improvement through service.
