Caring Transitions of Lexington/Bedford is seeking a
Business Development Representative
to join our team in the Lexington/Bedford territory (home office located in Fincastle). The role involves prospecting sales and qualifying leads for both new and existing accounts. This individual will serve as a liaison between our marketing and sales teams. They should be naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to expand our product/services into new markets. Responsibilities: Contact and qualify leads
– Initiate contact via phone or email, engage prospects, and prepare them for the Account Executive. Connect with leads to promote product sales and manage the sales lead qualification process. Manage current accounts
– Maintain contact with existing clients and leads to build brand awareness, provide educational opportunities, and solicit referrals. Coordinate meetings and calls between clients and Account Executives. Customer support
– Respond to client inquiries, identify issues, and suggest appropriate products or services. Requirements: BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus Experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling Proficiency with CRM software Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts Knowledge of sales performance metrics Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Background check required Position includes quarterly incentives or bonuses based on performance About Caring Transitions of Lexington/Bedford: We provide compassionate senior relocation services, including downsizing, liquidations, clean outs, and online estate sales.
