Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients, retailers, and lottery customers. Provide prompt, accurate service for card activation, PIN replacement, lost and stolen cards, and coupon conversions. Troubleshoot issues and take appropriate action. Promote excellent customer relations. Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or comparable industry preferred. Basic computer navigation, data entry skills, strong oral and written communication, and solid customer service skills. 24/7 availability required: 365 days per year, weekends, and holidays. All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd); shift differential offered for 2nd and 3rd shift. Keys to Success
