Overview
Job TITLE:
Project Coordinator, Senior JOB PURPOSE:
Coordinate and manage programs, initiatives, and events out of the PCCR, bringing awareness and providing support to students facing basic needs challenges at UW. Responsibilities
Develop and manage programmatic functions of the PCCR including the Campus Clothing Closet, the Village Program, and support with the Pokes Food Pantry. Develop project goals and objectives and revise as necessary; develop and implement a comprehensive plan for delivery and assessment of project objectives and goals. Offer personalized support and guidance to students navigating challenges related to basic needs, personal crises, and obstacles hindering academic progress. Build collaborative relationships with Laramie community partners and non-profits providing basic needs services. Develop project budgets; disseminate funding and monitor expenses against budget allocations. Direct and supervise the project functions including hiring, training, and supervision of student staff. Supplemental Functions
May provide academic and/or career advising for specific projects. Represent the department on University or division/college committees, as directed. May perform additional special assignments. Competencies

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus. Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience:
3 years work-related experience, including administration, supervision, and counseling experience Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements:
NONE Desired Qualifications
Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is preferred Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Experience working with individuals experiencing basic needs challenges Required Materials
