Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Business Analyst
to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and ensure successful delivery of enhancements and projects. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, business processes, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and process workflows.
Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
Partner with developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation in alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, and UAT sessions with business users.
Perform gap analysis and propose improvements for business processes using Salesforce capabilities.
Assist in data analysis, report creation, and dashboard configurations as needed.
Provide training and support to end users during new feature rollouts.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a
Salesforce Business Analyst
or similar role.
Strong knowledge of
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience .
Hands‑on experience with requirement gathering, user stories, and functional documentation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite in Los Angeles).
Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with cross‑functional teams including developers and QA.
Exposure to integration projects or third‑party AppExchange tools.
Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
