Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of project management experience in Cellular, Structured Cabling, or Telecom fields, with a strong technical background, preferably in telecommunications or engineering Experience managing DAS or Structured Cabling construction and customer-facing projects Advanced knowledge of telecommunications and wireless project management Ability to interpret blueprints, project documents, and familiarity with IBWave Skills in defining and tracking project financials and schedules Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Creative problem-solving skills and ability to meet customer deadlines Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and in team environments with a positive attitude Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally Job Responsibilities
The Project Manager will oversee pre-construction, construction, system commissioning, and closeout of wireless in-building networks, ensuring safety, quality, financial health, schedule adherence, and effective communication. Review project design, scope, and quotes; define stakeholders, goals, tasks, risks, and timelines Maintain comprehensive documentation using CTS’ cloud system Manage project dependencies, critical paths, resources, schedules, and safety plans Coordinate with purchasing for materials and subcontractors Conduct site visits, manage project updates, and track financial health Manage changes, develop cost estimates, and ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction Ensure safety protocols are followed and installation quality standards are met Lead project closeout activities and foster strong business relationships Salary range: $100,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and 401K.
