If you’re a construction professional looking for the next step in your career, our team can provide you with a fun and challenging opportunity to grow with an industry leader. In this role, you’ll manage all aspects of public and private heavy civil construction projects of various sizes by preparing estimates and bid packages and managing each project through to completion. Key Responsibilities

Own and mentor safety for your crews and projects Ensure internal and subcontractor compliance with CRH safety program requirements Direction and resource allocation of internal supervisors and crew Subcontracts and sub-contractor coordination Project schedules, material requests and approvals Coordinate project specific training, safety and EEOC compliance Pre-construction conferences with the Production Department and/or owner Coordination with Construction Manager, other Project Managers, superintendents, and contract administrators Preparation/approval of monthly pay estimates from owner and sub-contractors Accuracy of pay estimates Assure accuracy of sub-contractor submittals and coordination of work Coordination with owners on timing of work and proper completion Negotiate all contracts change orders in writing prior to the work being accomplished Respond timely to all owner and sub-contractor correspondence Approve all subcontractor/supplier invoices Maintain daily project logs/quantity records. Monitor job costs Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and customer satisfaction Estimating Keys Areas Of Responsibilities

Analyze project plans, specifications, proposals and other documents to understand the project scope Prepare and/or assist in developing the project estimate Solicit and strategize on applicable subcontractor quotes During employment, foster and develop relationships with clients, developers, owners to be a resource and generate project opportunities. Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred College or technical education preferred 5 years previous experience in bidding, estimating, project coordination, or field management preferred. Experience with supervisory skills, production, safety, and operation Proficient with Windows based computerized systems Must possess strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Strong customer service, leadership, problem solving, decision making and organization skills. Valid Driver’s License Safety minded professional who demonstrates good performance, attendance and punctuality Must pass pre-employment testing and process Demonstrates the ability to work some nights and weekends as needed What CRH Offers You
