Your hands-on leadership style should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their experience in our bakery Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating relevant information, monitoring production efficiency, ensuring team members adhere to company standards, and assisting in training and coaching Maintain a safe, clean working environment for guests and staff, adhering to safe food handling practices Manage cash handling and deposits Desired Skills and Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role Experience with Point of Sale systems Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and results-driven Ability to lead by example and motivate others Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Legally eligible to work in the United States Must be 18 years or older About us: Helping all candidates find great careers is our goal.
