Develop and execute financing strategies for property and portfolio-level transactions Coordinate financing requests, lender bid processes, and loan closings Analyze loan term sheets, financial covenants, and documentation Maintain and grow lending relationships while monitoring portfolio performance Prepare financing materials and presentations for lenders and internal stakeholders Oversee (or support, depending on level) junior team members and workflow across active deals Ideal Background

Strong academic credentials with a demonstrated record of achievement (Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred) 3 + years of experience in debt capital markets, real estate finance, or structured lending Background with a lender, borrower, or brokerage firm preferred Strong understanding of loan agreements and term sheet negotiation Highly analytical with solid communication and relationship management skills Real estate experience helpful, but loan structuring experience is the key Why This Opportunity
