Position Summary
The Advanced Project Manager reports to the Sr. Manager, Construction Services
Locations: Lewisville, TX; Knoxville, TN; Tampa, FL; Albany, GA; Duluth, GA
Full‑Time; Remote
As an Advanced Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing complex projects within our organization. You will utilize your expertise in project management to ensure successful project delivery while demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multiple complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
Provide guidance and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and elevate issues as needed for timely resolution.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential challenges to minimize impact on project outcomes.
Develop contingency plans and alternative strategies to ensure project success in dynamic environments.
Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize performance and achieve desired results.
Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as necessary.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project performance against goals.
Generate regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations for stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead post‑project reviews to capture insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
6–8 years of experience in project management roles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Experience in construction, technology, healthcare, or finance is advantageous.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar.
Ability to pass a background check post‑offer acceptance.
