Your leadership will steer HVAC projects to success, meeting both timelines and budgets. Coordinate effectively: Work with clients, contractors, and your team to set clear project objectives. Conduct regular site evaluations to monitor progress and proactively resolve any challenges. Craft detailed project proposals, complete with precise cost estimates and schedules. Prioritize safety and compliance with industry norms and guidelines. Meticulously handle all documentation—contracts, change orders, progress evaluations. Lend your technical acumen to support your team throughout the project. Nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continuous partnerships. What You Bring
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar disciplines is beneficial but not mandatory. A minimum of 3 years' proven track record in managing commercial HVAC projects. Deep understanding of HVAC systems, their installation, and upkeep. Skilled in using advanced project management tools and software. Exceptional skills in communication and relationship-building. Capability to juggle multiple projects while respecting deadlines. Proficiency in problem-solving with an eagle eye for detail.
