is seeking an experienced

Commercial Operations Manager

to oversee daily operations of its commercial service division. This high-impact position manages multiple service supervisors and crews to ensure operational excellence, safety, customer satisfaction, and financial performance across a multi-million-dollar department. The Service Manager partners closely with internal teams across sales, project management, safety, and quality to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Service Supervisors and field teams to achieve safety, productivity, and quality goals. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth. Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management. Operational Management

Direct daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and quality control. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements. Manage departmental P&L, tracking labor, materials, and job costs to maintain profitability. Support estimating and sales teams with pricing strategies and revenue growth initiatives. Customer Relations

Serve as the main point of contact for escalated client concerns. Ensure timely project completion, accurate invoicing, and proactive communication. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners. Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of experience in commercial roofing , with at least

2 years in a management or supervisory role . Proven success managing service operations with multi-million-dollar revenue accountability. In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems and materials (TPO, EPDM, BUR, etc.). Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Certifications & Requirements

OSHA 30-Hour Certification

required. Primarily office-based role with regular site visits. Must be comfortable working at heights and performing occasional physical tasks. Flexible schedule with availability for emergency service calls. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with commercial roofing software (e.g., DataForma, Foundation). Bilingual proficiency in

English and Spanish
