We’re looking for a
Milling Foreman
to assist with personnel scheduling, crew management, equipment oversight, repair, and continuous quality improvement of pulverized material gradations, surface uniformity, and roadway ride quality.

Projects vary by location throughout the local area or state; reliable transportation or willingness to travel is required.
The Candidate
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
A CDL desired but not necessary.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Punctual, dependable, with high ethical standards.
Self‑directed, motivated; manages multiple conflicting priorities.
Trustworthy with confidential info; observes anti‑trust laws.
Willing to work varying hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends.
Tolerant of variable weather, dirty, dusty environments.
Union member or willing to become one; union membership not required before employment.
Minimum 5 years of field milling experience.
Prior foreman experience.
Working knowledge of CMV guidelines and regulations.
