The Operations Leadership Program is a 3-year rotational program of accelerated career growth through hands-on learning and diverse experiences. Developing tomorrow's leaders. As a participant in the program, you rotate through various functional areas to expand your business acumen and broaden your skill set through new experiences, which you won't find in another opportunity.

What You’ll Do

As a participant, you will be placed in a variety of roles to expand your business acumen and broaden your skill set through new experiences that you won't find in other hiring situations.

What You'll Need To Excel In This Role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or applicable field of study.

Graduated with a 3.2 GPA or greater

Demonstrated leadership experience.

Held two or more relevant internship or work experience (Operations, Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain and Logistics)

Desire to work in a dynamic collaborative environment.
