About the Company Our client is a dynamic and growth-oriented organization. With a strong track record of innovation and strategic execution, the company is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to support its ongoing expansion through M&A, strategic partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
Position Overview The Corporate Development Associate will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions. This individual will work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to support the company's inorganic growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions and investments
Prepare presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams during deal execution
Track industry trends and maintain a pipeline of potential targets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
