Overview
The Master Scheduler is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in establishing an integrated master schedule (IMS) and maintaining/updating the schedule for the program period of performance. This position is part of our Value Performance Management Center of Excellence team. This is a matrixed organization of subject matter experts directly supporting CACI programs. Responsibilities
On-site at Ft Belvoir, VA at customer location when needed. Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard project practices. Track, analyze, and report information to enable project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports. Maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and provide updates to the customer. Ensure accuracy of project schedules and perform version control. Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and distribute reports efficiently. Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Monitor projects’ progress, identify critical activities, and review forecasts and progress to date. Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans. Coordinate cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution. Qualifications
Required: Active Top Secret Clearance Bachelor’s Degree plus five (5) years of IMS experience with at least two (2) years leading scheduling personnel (Additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project (Server or Online); Microsoft Project certification(s) preferred Experience with IMS development and maintenance, including setup, baseline management and update/maintenance, schedule analysis, critical path analysis, SRAs, and CDRL deliveries Experience with schedule health metrics (e.g., DCMA 14-point check) and Schedule Metric Analysis (BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc.) Must be located within a 30-mile radius of Fort Belvoir, VA and available onsite at customer location as required. The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is $95,500-$210,100. The final salary is influenced by factors including location, contract wage rates, experience, skills, and certifications.
