Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of luxury single-family custom homes. This role requires strong organizational skills, an eye for design, and the ability to coordinate across clients, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestone trackers while ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution of updates Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, including onboarding, scheduling, and material tracking Assist with permitting and inspections to ensure compliance with local codes and project timelines Collaborate with clients and design teams to finalize finish selections and manage material procurement Support communication by preparing client updates, weekly progress reports, and internal team meeting notes Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in residential construction or custom home building Strong understanding of finish materials, design coordination, and construction processes Proficiency in project management and design software (Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct, AutoCAD, or similar) Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design plans Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Why Join Our Client:
