Under the direction of the Membership Director, a Member Service Representative Level 2 is responsible for delivering excellent member service, program knowledge, safety, and effective communication with members and staff. Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants to promote member retention. Welcome members and guests, greet and engage prospective members and tour them. Support membership sales and program offerings. Respond promptly to member inquiries and build strong relationships. Handle membership concerns and escalate unresolved issues. Maintain certifications in CPR/AED, Blood-borne Pathogens, and emergency procedures. Follow all policies and procedures, and communicate positively with all stakeholders. Assist in the annual 'Why It Matters' Campaign and achieve related goals. Complete required trainings and utilize Traction Rec as instructed. Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office Suite Ability to pass Traction Rec training within 30 days of hire Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills Maintain confidentiality of member information Effective communication and relationship skills Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer service experience Traction Rec experience a plus Previous YMCA or non-profit experience preferred Employment Details
