Our solutions automate customer service and sales processes, dramatically increasing efficiency, cutting operational costs, and allowing companies to focus on what they do best—delivering exceptional service. About The Role . We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives under pressure and is eager to solve complex problems. You should have at least 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in SaaS or AI-driven products. Responsibilities Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with our company goals. Lead Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure cohesive execution. Customer Research and Insights: Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and validate product ideas. Prioritize Features and Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most impactful features are always at the top. Measure and Analyze Product Success: Define key performance metrics and track product performance post-launch. Ensure Product Quality: Advocate for quality at all stages of the development process. Mentor Team Members: Support and elevate junior product managers by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of learning. Requirements At least 5 years of professional experience in product management, specifically in SaaS or artificial intelligence applications. Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies. This is an in-person position. You will work full-time out of our office in Lehi, Utah. Technical Proficiency Proven experience in developing and managing software products from concept to launch. Ability to understand technical challenges and work effectively with engineering teams. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or other product management software. Problem Solving And Ownership Strong analytical skills for identifying and solving product challenges. Ability to take full ownership of product features and see them through from concept to deployment. Leadership Experience mentoring junior product managers and leading cross-functional teams. Ability to establish and communicate a clear product vision. Agile & Scrum Experience Strong experience working in Scrum and Agile frameworks. Active participation in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and help guide the team toward successful, on-time deliveries. Core Values Alignment .
