Job Description:
Our Leadership Team is responsible for directing the daily operations of a Chick-fil-A restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards across all areas such as production, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, inventory management, team management, recruiting, and financial accountability. The role requires delivering high-quality products and services to our customers and performing other duties as needed. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills.
The responsibilities include:
Demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills.
Taking initiative and possessing problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Being efficient, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
