What This Position Is All About Primary Job Functions
Support the selling and service processes; provide direction to the team in achieving sales goals and execution of company initiatives
Provide feedback to the store’s management team on associate performance and concerns
Support training of associates on processes, standards, tasks, and product knowledge
Be responsible for store opening and closing functions and the daily operational functions of the store
Overseeing the operational store reporting
Compensation details at commencement: the pay range for this position is expected to be between $18 and $21/hour; base pay may vary by location and experience. The total compensation package may include other elements, including medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off), depending on the position offered. Details of participation in benefit plans will be provided if an offer is made.
