Role Summary: The Data Corrections Team supports the Regional Offices and Administrative Operations Group regarding any changes to Participant Level Data modifications, as well as both Participant and Plan Level Financial Transactions. Focus on utilizing VBA to generate bulk transactions to assist in large scale correction efforts. Work with internal and external resources to add efficiencies and organization to the process, including the management of takeover data, notices, vendor management, expenses, and technology Responsibilities: Support the Regional Offices regarding administrative tasks related to OMNI participant level data corrections to create a more efficient, accurate and streamlined client experience, as well as ensuring all participant indicative dates and service records are complete and accurate. Generating Transaction Cards (TCards) and VBA scripts for department and division work. Report Development through the QLIK Application. Assist Regional Offices & Billing Departments with required financial transaction adjustments in a timely manner. Assist the Conversion Plan Services Group regarding large-scale data updates and data correction uploads. Special Projects as assigned. Required Qualifications: Microsoft Excel with practical Visual Basic scripting skills. Excellent logic, verbal, and written skills. Self-Starter with ability to multi-task, detail orientated, organized and client focused. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business-related field. Experience in Retirement Plan Administration related function preferred. Experience with FIS Omni, Data Validation Web (DVW), Salesforce and CRM tools is a plus. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus; whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.
