Responsibilities
Oversee shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service and cleanliness.
Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
Train new team members on critical job functions.
