Job Description We have an immediate opportunity for a Lock Coordinator. The Lock Coordinator will be responsible to liaise with various departments within the business and our external client base in order to manage and activate E-Locks and keys. The Lock Coordinator will process and manage requests, as well as coordinate between internal departments to ensure that locks/keys are delivered. The successful incumbent will work closely with the MAC team on a Brink’s project level. They will be the main escalation point for level 2 lock troubleshooting.
As a member of the Customer Care Team, you will:
Develop and manage lock/key inventory and service requests
Provide lock support and coaching for BNCS agents
Liaise with internal and external contacts and provide lock support to clients \ Confirm installation or start dates with service branches and our clients
Ensure eLock availability and-Lock system remains updated
Responsible for maintaining accurate lock and key databases
programming of keys and locks
Provide monthly reporting of activities
Track and escape lock issues
Participate in project planning meetings/calls
Provide lock procedural training and documentation
Maintain card access database for Head Office
Coordinate troubleshooting, installation and repair activities
