Part-Time Supervisor, Park Quality - Water Country USA

What You Get To Do
Supervise and develop an assistant supervisor and the grounds maintenance team. Primary focus is to maximize park presentation through efficiency and effectiveness of work while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
Execute common tasks for grounds maintenance including: general cleaning, pressure washing, hosing down, sweeping, blow-pack blowing, and miscellaneous grounds maintenance.
Ensure proper training and compliance with department scheduling, timekeeping, small engine use, PPE, and cleaning chemicals.
Enforce all safety, park, and department policies at all times.
Responsible for team member compliance and development.
Coordinate park cleaning schedule with other departments to satisfy work requests and minimize disruption of operation.
Assist with other duties as needed.
What It Takes To Succeed
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Must have minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, grounds maintenance experience preferred.
Knowledge of pressure washing application and small engine use preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
High School Diploma/GED.
Valid driver's license.
