Overview
Senior Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Leader (VP–Director Level) — global financial institution seeks two senior professionals to join its U.S. Liquidity Regulatory Reporting function. Roles are integral to the production and oversight of FR2052a and LCR reporting across both Intermediate Holding Company (IHC) and U.S. Bank Branch entities. This is a unique opportunity to own critical regulatory deliverables, help define governance and controls, and drive enhancements, including a strategic system migration to Axiom/Adenza. Responsibilities
IHC Liquidity Reporting Lead
– Oversee FR2052a and LCR reporting for U.S. holding company operations, with direct impact on stress testing and internal liquidity reporting. Bank Branch Liquidity Reporting Lead
– Lead the FR2052a and daily LCR production process for the U.S. branches of a foreign bank, including coordination with local Treasury and Risk functions. Lead end-to-end FR2052a reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. Manage and mentor production teams, fostering collaboration and operational excellence. Define and enhance the governance and control framework for liquidity reporting. Investigate and explain material changes in key data elements and MIS reports; develop escalation and documentation procedures. Contribute to the implementation of a
Target Operating Model
and support the
Axiom/Adenza system migration . Interface with Treasury, Risk, Technology, Audit, and external regulators as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (CPA, CFA) preferred. 7–10+ years of experience in regulatory or financial reporting, with strong knowledge of FR2052a, LCR, and liquidity stress testing. Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams and delivering on critical reporting initiatives. Prior experience enhancing governance, controls, and documentation in a regulatory context. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Axiom or similar reporting platforms is a plus. Details
