Responsibilities We are currently hiring for Shift Leaders who are motivated people with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a team that works well together, increase profits, and provide outstanding service. We look for individuals who take the lead to tackle problems, seek help from others when appropriate, and are willing to provide help and mentorship to their team. Prior restaurant experience may qualify.

Compensation: Wendy's® Shift Leaders: $16 - $18 per hour based on experience and restaurant location.
