• Provide support for internal or external clients with day-to-day program management, proposal development, research projects, status reports, meeting recaps, and budget tracking
• Develop effective client and retailer relations to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments to ensure that deliverables are successfully achieved
Event/Program Management, to potentially include, program timeline development and management, cost management, pre- and post-promotional analysis, and reporting based on outlined SOPs and best practices
• Train, coach, and supervise direct report(s)
• Sets goals and operational objectives to achieve operational results. Delegate tasks as appropriate for direct reports### Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required* 3-5 years of experience in Consumer products, brand, or agency, sales* Experience in event execution and/or sales preferred* Possess negotiation, project management and research, analysis, and presentation skills; Good Sales presentation and development skills* Creative thinker and self-starter who can effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously* Excellent written and verbal communication skillsJob Will Remain Open Until Filled #J-18808-Ljbffr
