$90,000 - $110,000 annually + MyShare Equity Program
Job Purpose The Project Manager will oversee project delivery by aligning the team toward goals, managing timelines, and addressing blockers to ensure timely completion. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating project activities, such as allocating resources, managing team workloads, and tracking progress to meet milestones. The role also involves serving as the primary point of contact between external stakeholders (clients, vendors) and the internal team, ensuring alignment on expectations, scope, and changes while providing regular status updates. Additionally, the Project Manager will identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and handle scope and change requests.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Engage with external technology partners
Conduct administrative duties surrounding project management
Communicate business updates between internal RJW departments
Support project preparations
Develop process improvements involving project management
Utilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
A Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of project management experience
Experience working in an Agile environment
Project Management skills including organizing, planning, and executing large‑scale projects from vision through implementation
Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time management skills
Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and conceptual skills
Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills
Strong change management skills
Action‑oriented, “can do” attitude demonstrating willingness to accept accountability and responsibility for individual actions
Qualifications
Conceptual knowledge of information technologies and methodologies
Experience with EDI Transactions:
940, 945, 856, 850, 943, 944, 846, 947, 204, 990, 214, 210
Prior experience with SaaS procurement and implementation
Knowledge of EDI/Integration technology with an emphasis on EDI, API, SQL, and ERP’s
Experience in creating / maintaining technical and training documentation
Strategic planning and operations experience within IT/Integrations department
The ability to translate technical issues into everyday language
Synapse (WMS), McLeod (TMS) experience is preferred but not required
Experience writing basic SQL queries
Experience working with Oracle, SQL, and Linux databases
Education And/or Experience Required
Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
Or 5+ years of experience in EDI/IT Integrations or as a technical BA focused on data integration and process improvement

Must be able to work under stressful situations, have good cognitive skills, maintain work accuracy, and the ability to concentrate on more than one task at a time
Must be able to speak and communicate clearly over telephones
Must be in sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician with no evidence of the use of controlled substances
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment will range from quiet to moderately loud
