DAY IN THE LIFE You can expect an average day to include: Waking early to prepare for the day Arriving on time at the office to help your team prepare for the day's tasks Getting real-time coaching/support for whatever you need Delivering a highly professional and quality, profitable installation of an HVAC system Collecting payment from the customer WHAT WE DO: All residential HVAC services, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, installation, maintenance, and service. Customer service is paramount; we care enough to present options for our customers. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Climbing, heavy lifting, loud noise, crawling, working in confined spaces Capability of lifting and carrying 75 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs Ability to work in confined spaces Natural or corrected vision for close, distance, and peripheral vision MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry NATE certification preferred Strong communication skills and technical competence Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen Clean driving record
