Overview
The State Group is seeking a Project Manager based in Evansville, Indiana. This position reports to the Division Manager. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Responsibilities
Project management across multiple disciplines.
Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
Manage project schedules, including creating new schedules and updating existing ones.
Manage administrative tasks and project execution through project management software.
Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Comply with State Group's standards and operating procedures, including those pertaining to ISO9001:2015.
Qualifications
5+ years of construction project management experience.
Experience with industrial projects up to $10 M.
A four-year degree in Construction Management or equivalent OR trade experience.
Proficiency in MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Demonstrated leadership skills leading multi-trade construction teams.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
