Arcadis is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduler to support capital project execution at our client's site in Norwood, MA. This role is critical to maintaining and optimizing the overall project schedule, which includes Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation) activities. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of project lifecycle phases and a collaborative mindset to drive efficient and timely delivery. This is an onsite role Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated project schedule encompassing Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and CQV activities through to Operational Readiness. Review and challenge durations, sequencing, and logic across project elements to identify opportunities for schedule optimization. Facilitate planning and scheduling meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure timeline alignment and cohesive project delivery. Monitor progress, identify schedule risks and delays, and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines. Allocate and level resources effectively across all phases of the project. Track key project milestones and regularly report status updates to stakeholders. Maintain documentation of schedule versions, changes, and approvals to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. Foster a collaborative environment and maintain open, effective communication across departments. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Scheduler on large-scale Capital Projects, ideally within biotech/pharma or industrial manufacturing environments. Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent). Understanding of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and CQV processes is strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impacts on the critical path and resource allocations. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and coordinate with diverse teams. Team-oriented attitude with a proactive and solution-focused approach. Team Player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must possess strong writing and communication skills, outstanding presentation and negotiating skills. Ability to organize and prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines. Ability to meet requirements in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
