$70,000 annually + quarterly 3% growth bonus

About the Role Our client is seeking a dynamic

Business Development & Marketing Strategist

to join their growing team. The company partners with forward-thinking organizations across the U.S., particularly within the HOA management sector, to provide high-quality virtual staffing solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and support sustainable growth.

With a team that spans the U.S., the Philippines, and Mexico, they are recognized for their ethical hiring practices, strong client relationships, and a service model that feels like family.

As they continue to expand, they are looking for a results-oriented professional who will drive new client acquisition, support event-based marketing efforts, and maintain proactive engagement with both clients and prospects.

Position Overview This is a hybrid

sales and marketing role , ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes initiative.

You’ll spend approximately:

65–75%

of your time on

business development

(outreach, prospecting, sales follow-ups, event networking, supporting client onboarding)

25–35%

on

marketing coordination

(event logistics, communications, CRM-based campaigns, and content support)

You’ll play a key role in:

Generating top-of-funnel leads

Supporting the sales cycle with personalized outreach

Driving visibility at conferences and trade shows

Strengthening relationships with existing and past clients

Key Responsibilities Business Development

Prospect and engage mid-sized HOA management companies and related service sectors (construction, professional services, etc.)

Leverage LinkedIn, CRM systems, email sequences, and industry events to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads

Schedule and support discovery calls for the senior sales team

Deliver consultative, value-driven messaging using the established sales playbook

Prepare meeting briefs, proposals, and client-facing materials

Support the post-sale handoff process and assist in client onboarding

Marketing Coordination

Assist with planning and logistics for regional and national conferences and trade shows (travel, booth setup, materials, signage, swag, etc.)

Coordinate outreach campaigns before and after events to maximize visibility and lead capture

Manage communication with current and lapsed clients through CRM-driven email campaigns, newsletters, and surveys

Track lead sources and measure event ROI through simple reporting tools

Collaborate with creative and leadership teams to generate content and campaign ideas

Qualifications Experience & Skills

4+ years in a business development, inside sales, or marketing coordination role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Experience with LinkedIn, HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools

Event planning or trade show coordination experience preferredComfortable working independently and collaborating across teams

Bonus Experience

Familiarity with the HOA management industry

Background in staffing, SaaS, or professional services sales

Confidence in attending trade shows and engaging prospects in person
