Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure high quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety and security, managing profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting target metrics and helping their departments meet goals.

Requirements Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
