Job Summary JEO’s Transportation Department provides expertise and services in street, highway, trail, and bridge engineering. The Transportation Senior Project Manager will lead successful projects, managing client expectations and meeting JEO’s financial goals. The role also involves supporting client management and business development. Responsibilities And Duties Develop and implement project plans considering timelines, budgets, and resources Lead a project team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment Collaborate with clients, government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and maintain strong relationships Prepare project proposals, scopes of service, and cost estimates for diverse project types Manage budgets, schedules, bids, contracts, funding requests, and communication plans Coordinate design, construction, and implementation activities of transportation engineering projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil/transportation engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license 8+ years' experience in municipal transportation projects JEO offers competitive salaries, insurance options, vacation/sick/flex time, 401K matching, wellness incentives, career development support, annual bonuses, ESOP participation, and more.
