We are hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions. Location: Atrium Health Main - 1000 Blythe Boulevard, Charlotte, North Carolina 28203. Note: online applications accepted only. Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Provide training and create work schedules for staff. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and address performance issues. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor and develop employees and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Some prior supervisory experience is preferred. Willing to train! Benefits
