Greeting customers in a positive, enthusiastic, and professional manner and educating them on products and services. Listening actively and providing service recommendations based on maintenance schedules and service requirements. Transacting customer purchases, maintaining cash handling procedures, following position-specific procedures, and maintaining shop cleanliness. Cross-trained to work as Oil Change Technician. Requirements
Entry-level position of Oil Change Technician; pay starts at $19.25/hr with eligible commission, rising to $19.25/hr after certification for Service Advisor. Must be 18 years old and a valid driver\'s license preferred Prior experience in automotive service writing, customer service, and/or sales is required Excellent communication, honesty and integrity, courteous and professional demeanor, detail-oriented, team player Willingness to work in all weather conditions and in indoor/outdoor environments Ability to work with a sense of urgency, stand/walk/bend for long periods, lift moderate weight Flexible schedule Seasonal employment restrictions updated; year-round availability required Benefits
