Drake Enterprises, Inc. This position is for 3rd shift - 11:00 pm - 7:30 am. The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment with minimal support Maintain rolling toolbox and knowledge of tool room equipment Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders Disassemble machinery and equipment for repairs Inspect parts for defects Repair, replace, adjust, and align machinery components Test repaired machinery for proper operation Keep accurate maintenance records and inventory Lead troubleshooting efforts for high-level process issues Provide guidance to maintenance team members Required Skills and Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED Maintenance Technician Certification (preferred) Experience as a Machinist (preferred) Own tools and toolbox Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals Welding skills (TIG/MIG) Experience with manual, semi-automated, or automated tools and machines Proficiency with Outlook; Plex experience is a plus Strong electrical and hydraulic knowledge Experience with CNC lathes and mills Experience with APC repair Knowledge of CNC controls; Fanuc Robots experience is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team Benefits
