McGrath Acura of Libertyville is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our service technicians—ensuring every guest receives a premium experience that reflects our commitment to quality and care. What You’ll Do
Greet customers promptly and professionally in a friendly, welcoming manner. Listen to customer concerns, accurately document service requests, and clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repairs. Provide detailed cost estimates and explain work performed in a way customers can easily understand. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle status. Promote dealership service offerings, warranties, and maintenance programs. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process and after the work is completed. What We’re Looking For
Prior Automotive Service Advisor Experience Preferred, But Not Required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Working knowledge of automotive technology is a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. What We Offer
