Description TO/Project Leader
- provides support by advising, assisting, and coordinating plans and operations for the Project office. This position is also responsible for planning, developing, managing, and assisting in the budgeting and acquisition of IPS technical data and information to support lifecycle management. This position is contingent upon award. A secret security clearance is required. The location may change. Responsibilities
Coordinate with Government employees and other Contractor personnel throughout the organization to prepare briefings, support briefings, coordinate visits, ensure security procedures are followed, plan for conferences, track suspense dates, communicate with higher headquarters, develop recommendations, and execute resulting internal control procedures. Provide lifecycle logistics support in planning, developing, and executing acquisition and sustainment of IPS requirements for the UAS portfolio. Maintain and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Develop documentation in support of purchase requests and contract requirements packages. Support the monitoring of the UAS Program of Record (PoR) by participating in meetings and program reviews. Apply product supportability modeling and simulation to analyze UAS support system development, including implementing a Modular Open Systems Approach, human systems integration, and digital enterprise data management. Support Digital Enterprise product data and Digital Thread framework management. Review and verify Logistics Product Data and Digital System Model upon receipt. Identify, plan, and develop documentation to resource and acquire support equipment, including common, mobile, fixed, and other specialized equipment for UAS lifecycle support. Support daily management of GP hardware and internal use software (IUS) to establish and maintain accountability per Federal, DoD, and Army regulations. Perform Property Custodian responsibilities supporting the Government’s Accountable Property Officer (APO), managing lifecycle transactions in DPAS, including receipt, issue, transfer, inventory, and disposition. Ensure proper documentation is attached to assets in DPAS, conduct physical inventories, initiate financial liability investigations for property loss, review audit reports, and develop corrective action plans. Adhere to the company's AS9100 policies, procedures, and guidelines. Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience
Minimum 10 years' experience in Program Management, SR level DoD experience, or Defense Industry Civilian work with SR DoD personnel. Bachelor’s Degree in Program Management, Project Management, Business Management, Economics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Certification as PMP, PgMP, or Level III Program Management from DAU is required. At least 10 years in Program Management or SR DoD experience, with a minimum of 2 years managing Cyber range or IT/OT technology programs. Full four-year degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Secret security clearance required. Additional Details
