Join NEW Cooperative, Inc as a Location Manager. This position is eligible for a Commitment Bonus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administration:
Supervise location employees, provide vision and leadership, and schedule meetings. Provide Direction & Assistance:
Direct education and development, fill openings, and direct safety practices. Operations:
Collaborate with dispatchers, remain knowledgeable about sales marketing programs, and assist with daily operations. Budgeting & Finances:
Work towards meeting established budgets and collaborate on site expansion and growth opportunities. Other:
Promote company culture, maintain open communication, and perform work safely. Basic Employment Expectations: Safety:
Perform work safely, use PPE, and report unsafe conditions. Communication:
Maintain open communication and cooperate with supervisor and fellow employees. Accountability & Professionalism:
Abide by policies, carry a fair share of workload, and promote NEW Cooperative. Customer Service:
Satisfy customers through effective communication and problem-solving. Personal/Professional Development:
Establish personal performance goals and upgrade knowledge of the job. Qualifications And Requirements: Significant agribusiness-related experience (at least 5 years in grain and/or agronomy operations). Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement and pesticide handler’s license required. Interpersonal communication skills, ability to read and interpret documents, and apply common sense understanding. Knowledge of grain handling equipment, custom application, and agronomy equipment. Proficiencies in common computer programs and processes. Problem-solving capability and understanding of operational processes. Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and talk or hear. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Work Environment: Position will rarely work in extreme conditions and occasionally work near moving mechanical parts or in high, precarious places.
